Push your body hard by setting your mind to it
I started Essex Boot Camp through work 5 years ago and I joined because everyone else was doing it. Not knowing what I was letting myself in for. Once I started I couldn’t stop, it became more that just exercise it changed my mind set, my outlook on everything.
Essex Boot Camp taught me never to give up. If you set a goal no matter how many set back you have to keep going and you will achieve it.
As soon as I started to see result I began to train harder and take it more seriously. I sorted out my diet with the help of a few instructors and everything started to fall in to place I was getting quicker, losing weight and changing shape from round to actually resemble someone who trains. Now it has just become a way of life not a diet or quick fix training plan.
It’s amazing what the body can achieve when you set your mind to it.
