Please note, in agreeing to the below terms and conditions, you will be applying for and entering into a legally binding contract with Evo Fitness Ltd t/a Essex Boot Camp, which includes conditions such as a minimum duration of membership (6 months from application).

Terms and Conditions

• Members paying by Direct Debit cannot carry missed sessions over into the next month.
• You cannot stop start your Direct Debit to make up sessions.
• Unpaid Direct Debits will be reclaimed on or just after 10th of relevant claim month without prior written or verbal warning. Additional charges of up to £20 (per month) may be incurred for any unpaid Direct Debits.
• The earliest point at which you may cancel your contract with us is 1 month prior to your six month anniversary, which must be done in writing (therefore giving us one months’ notice). We will continue to collect payments until we are notified either in writing or by email to theteam@essexbootcamp.co.uk that a member wishes to cancel their membership.
• You will receive email acknowledgement of your cancellation; this is your evidence of cancellation and should be retained. Please note that if you do not receive confirmation, your email has not been received by us. Members who cancel their Direct Debit before 6 full months are liable to pay the difference between this cost, and that of our ‘No Contract Unlimited Sessions’ (at £75 per month) to a maximum amount of £120.00.
• Refund - No refunds are offer for non-usage of sessions
• Please note that you have to be at least 16 years of age to attend Essex Boot Camp

Direct Debit Mandate Guarantee

• This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
• If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, FastPay Ltd re Evo Fitness Ltd t/a Essex Boot Camp will notify you five working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request FastPay Ltd re Evo Fitness Ltd t/a Essex Boot Camp to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
• If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by FastPay Ltd Re Evo Fitness Ltd t/a Essex Boot Camp or your Bank or Building Society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
• If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when FastPay Ltd re Evo Fitness Ltd t/a Essex Boot Camp asks you to.

By completing the Direct Debit Mandate form, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Please note you will have entered into a legally binding contract for membership with Evo Fitness Ltd t/a Essex Boot Camp. It is your responsibility to retain all relevant documentation and to ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account at the time of Direct Debit.

Evo Fitness Ltd t/a Essex Boot Camp are not responsible for the personal belongings of the members or visitors.
