Whether it’s an obstacle course, relay race, survival of the fittest or a rounder’s tournament, Essex Boot Camp can cater for your needs. Our team building activities are fun based and each is tailored to enhance team skills including leadership, communication, trust, personal development and task achievement.
In addition, we are the only boot camp in the whole of the UK to have exclusive access to a Military base, from which we can run anything from a 2 hour to a 5 day boot camp for you. The base offers training grounds and military style accommodation as well as a number of hotels close by catering for 10 to 100 people.

Authentic Military Breaks
4 gruelling days in Exmouth with training provided by a Royal Marine PTI with a day at the famous Commando Training Centre in Lympstone, Devon.
Or, how about Bentwaters Parks in Suffolk. The vast range of the park creates a perfect venue for an authentic military style boot camp. Here, we can recreate military style assault courses within woodlands, abseiling from water towers and a variety of secret missions.
